RootBeat takes over English Folk Expo

English Folk Expo is an industry event that runs in parallel with Homegrown Festival in Bury, Lancs. Around 150 people from the UK and international folk music business gather to hear the best of English folk music. This year, RootBeat has the considerable honour of the Friday afternoon label showcase slot, where said select band of industry types will hear performances from Ollie King, the Rheingans Sisters and Lady Maisery. Then, on Saturday night, the public will be treated to Moore Moss Rutter opening for Seth Lakeman, so all in all it’s a RootBeat takeover.

We’re looking forward to seeing some old friends and making new ones. Make sure you’re following us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to get all the updates from the weekend.
